This Policy applies as between you, the User of this Website and this ENA Club the owner and provider of this Website.  This Policy applies to our use of any and all Data collected by us in relation to your use of the Website.

“ENA Club

means the owner and or administrator of this website which is a England Netball Association (ENA) affiliated club;

This Policy applies only to the actions of ENA Club and Users with respect to this Website.  It does not extend to any websites that can be accessed from this Website including, but not limited to, any links we may provide to social media websites.

    • We will utilise a third party credit card payment processing company to collect payment information, including your credit card number, billing address and phone number. The security of your information is important to us. When you enter sensitive information (such as a credit card number) as part of our service, we encrypt the transmission of that information using industry-standard encryption.
